Washington, DC Real Estate Investment Professional Vito Dragone

A graduate of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Vito Dragone holds a bachelor of science in industrial management. He began his career with Oxford Realty Financial Group, where he managed the firm’s annual report process for a portfolio of 165 investment properties. Utilizing this data, he developed Excel-based models to project debt and equity returns of ownership entities. Vito Dragone subsequently handled assets valued at $150 million as vice president of the firm’s investment management group.

In 2006 Mr. Dragone founded Dragone Realty Investments to acquire, renovate, and manage multi-family communities in and around Washington, DC. Over the past 15 years, he has overseen transactions involving more than 9,000 units and has spent more than $100 million on renovations.

His investments with Dragone Realty include Lynnhill Condominiums, a 219-unit community in Temple Hills, Maryland, and Pennbrooke Station, a garden-style, multi-family property in District Heights, Maryland. Both underwent significant renovations after their purchase.
